I am doing better and better on the diet, even started really getting my waterintake to 4l. But since i started using a different kind of soy milk (lots cheaper and we really need the money) and getting all that water in me, i am getting a lot more calcium in me. For an IBS-Cer that is not so good.

So now i know magnesium is great for IBS-C so im wondering what are natural sources of magnesium. I rather not take any supplements if not necessary, cause of troubles with docters here (We have an official IBS community but noone will still listen to them saying that we dont need a lot of IF-fibers. Almost all docters here still believe the key to getting better is just eating lots and lots of brown rice and wholewheat bread). So im looking for a natural source of magnesium. Can you guys help me?
