how long do i wait to drink my tea?       07/06/07 02:43 PM Edit Reply Quote badtzjack Reged: 05/08/07 Posts: 54 Loc: NEW YORK i'm confused on something: how long should i wait to drink tea? i know one is supposed to drink plenty of water and/or tea, but can't too much cause stomach upset? how many hours in between do you wait to drink something, and how big a cup? should i wait an hour before eating to drink something, and an hour after i eat?
