V-8 Fusion is wonderful ... and like anything else, moderation is the key. I used it with my fiber in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon. All the flavors are wonderful and have caused me no problem at all. Of course, the calories should be considered as they can add up quickly. V-8 VFusion ... a GREAT find!
