Hi,
I'm scared about the calcium due do some posts from a while back, which of course I cannot find doing a search, I have read on this board. About vitamin D, magnesium, minerals and extra junk some companies put in the calcium tablets. This fear also stems from the horrible IBS attacks and the fear of adding anything that would aggrevate or bring on an attack. So basically I was hoping someone who has IBS-D and is using calcium supplements could help me find one that may be safe. I understand that what may work for one person may not work for another, but I'm open for suggestions. I'm sorry about your nerve pain also, since the nerve my Gyn doc nicked is right next to my colon, when I'm having colon spasm or just colon movement for a BM, at times, the pain can drop me to my knees, and I know it's not my IBS colon pain. Also, I'm having nerve pain in my back, arm, wrist and thumb.....At times I wish I would have never had the hysterectomy, not that that brought on my other symptoms, but I went down hill fast and have not been able to feel whole since.
