I don't think I have eaten out for the past 4 months! It is just way too complicated. Along with IBS, I am intolerant to wheat. I eat at home every night,always cooking my own dinner. I am only 19, and sometimes I wonder how much this is all going to limit me in the future. The last time I went out to eat I was so paranoid and couldn't even enjoy the experience. And when I travel, I take all my own food as well. But at least I know what I am eating, so I actually feel better knowing that.

Oh well, perhaps the modern world will someday come to understand IBS and the difficulties of eating out.
