Hi all...
The postman came by with my package of Tummy Fiber and, since I was out, took it away again! Meanwhile, when you are bloated 24/7, as I am, I was just wondering how you're ever supposed to measure your hip to waist ratio-your waist should be under 35 inches, and mine is impossible to measure.
I am hoping that this fiber works-but fear that nothing will. My condition has deteriorated to the point where it is 24/7-regardless of what I eat, or the level of current stress-in fact, I've noticed that I can have a couple of calm days, and painful 'gut seizure' anyway. I have been dressing in stretchy track pants for nearly three years- I have about four pairs. They have house paint stains, bleach stains, and are getting frayed, but I have resisted buying new track pants, because I can't really believe that this won't go away one day and let me put my jeans on again. Even exercise doesn't help anymore-I can (and do) run for an hour, (including sprints) and return home still bloated. I've read that working the quadraceps is good for the bowel. Not so.
Really-are you folks really better?
