Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | chiropractor suggested this.....

I have been going to a very well respected chiropractor in my area for about 4 weeks for chronic headaches that I have been having. He has mentioned to me more than once that he could possible help my IBS. I respect him very much and he has done wonders for my carpal tunnel like symptoms I had in my arms, and my headaches are slowly going away when conventional doctor's basically told me I was screwed. I wondered if anyone else had gone to one before for IBS and if anything they did helped?
The reason I am posting this here is because i also mentioned probiotics to him because I wanted to see if he had a suggestion for which brand to use. He tested me in the wierd way chiropractors do their tests and gave me something he said is not exactly a probiotic but that it should help me. It is called Morinda Supreme and it is the capsule form because he said the powder tastes awful. Has anyone tried this before and if so does anyone know if it will affect what I eat in any way? I'm not sure if I should take it with food or without or even if I should start slowly like I have read here that you should with regular probiotics. Please help if you now anything about this!
