So I know that there have been tons of posts on probiotics, but I am trying to figure out which brand works great for the least money. I dont want to blow some hardcore money on something that will not work. I had seen a lot of posting on Bio K, but everyone is saying that is for short term. I am looking for something long term that will help me but that will not be super expensive. thanks for any advie and before anyone says anything I swear I have done a ton of searches on this but everyone talks about Bio K the most.
