medi-fast?       06/20/07 03:11 PM Edit Reply Quote kamikat Reged: 11/17/06 Posts: 160 My doctor (not the GI) has recommended that I try Medi-fast to lose weight. Since being on Heather's diet, I have gained a ton of weight and now qualify for gastric bypass. He wants me to try Medi-fast before giving the ok for surgery. They appear to have dairy-free and veggie options and looks closer to being ok than things like Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig. Has anyone tried this? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
