I actually heard about this about 1 month ago and ordered these pills. They've been sitting in my house because I am kind of leary about taking them. Do you know if they are ok to take with birth control pills? This is my only concern since that is the only thing that I take besides a vitamin. I am constantly constipated and have read that this may cure/help extreme cases of IBS. I also have high cholesterol, which this says helps that as well...
