I'm having trouble getting it to completely dissolve, even though I follow the directions about an empty glass, letting it sit, etc. Also, should I only take acacia with meals that have IF? For breakfast, I usually stick with only SF foods, so should I take acacia with breakfast? And later in the day, should I only take the acacia if I have a moderate amount of IF in the meal?
