stay cool tips       06/01/07 08:16 AM Edit Reply Quote seggy Reged: 04/24/06 Posts: 255 Loc: North East of England, UK hi everyone it's been a while hope everyone is doing well! So it's been a really hot day (in my opinion lol) and I'm in England so goodness knows how some of you guys must feel! heat is a trigger for me for some reason when it's hot I feel like I need to poop lol how weird is that? but it makes me feel pretty nauseous too so I was thinking has anyone got any tips on keeping cool in hot weather? for me: fans cold water on the wrists cold water cloth on my forehead a spritz bottle with cold water to spray cool showers the main reason I'm asking is I'm going camping in August and I just want to stay nice and cool (on more than one level lol) so hopefully if I can stay cool in temp I'll stay nice and chilled in mind xxx Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
