You can get all of the SF you need from your diet. For example, you can try eating regular oatmeal for breakfast and cool or slightly reheated cooked rice, potatoes or pasta with your lunch and supper meals. These foods have a high content of resistant starch that acts just like SF. In order to increase the amount of resistant starch in rice, potatoes and pasta you need to cook them and then let them cool.
