Hi, I'm new here and suffer from IBS-C. The C is well under control now thanks to Heather's diet. However the one symptom I cannot seem to shake is severe bloating. My stomach gets so swollen and uncomfortable and I get a horendous pain in my back along with it. It really makes me miserable. I drink lots of Fennel Tea. Has anyone found a way of easing severe bloating? Please help!
