After all, they've certainly had to accommodate an allergy or two in their time. Just tell them you have allergies and ask for their help. You can take all kinds of non-perishable things with you. Whenever I take long trips, I take a cooler and my own foods. Things like grits or oatmeal, all you need is hot water. Rice cakes, crackers, dried fruit. I've even packed up my toaster and microwave when I've had access to a plug. You'll be okay.
