Going to Camp...       05/22/07 05:38 PM Edit Reply Quote mbland Reged: 05/22/07 Posts: 2 I have been following this IBS diet for almost a year now. It has helped tremendously. But, this Friday (late notice, I know. I've JUST had time to think about it now after my final exams) I will leave the comfort of my own kitchen and travel to camp. I am a counselor at Girls State (not sure if anyone knows what that is) and we eat in a cafeteria while there for the 10 days. I am now starting to panic. What can I eat? I won't have a kitchen... and I'm not sure how willing the cafeteria staff will be in cooking food that I bring for me. HELP! I am at a loss for what to do. Any suggestions? Anyone?
