SFS Question       05/22/07 03:52 PM Edit Reply Quote shannonm Reged: 01/27/07 Posts: 38 Loc: maryland I ordered the acaica powder, and it should be arriving soon, my question is do I take the 1/4 tps in a small amount of water and drink it all at once or put it in a bottle of water and drink it through out the day?
