Gluten free diet       05/22/07 01:58 PM Edit Reply Quote TeresaLouise Reged: 11/29/06 Posts: 147 Hi, A nutritionist I am consulting with for my daughter said that alot of cases of Irritable bowel syndrome that she has worked with is due to gluten intolerance. Not that a person actually has celiac disease but a gluten intolerance and once remove it from the diet she often sees a great improvement.
