Thanks for the additional food recommendations. I am veggie for the same reasons. I can't stand the thought of eating an animal which is why craving meat now is freaking me out. I'm going to try the breads which are probably healthier and more filling than what I'm getting now. I'll give the plain Silk a try. I should really try cooking with tofu. I've had in at restaurants where it tasted wonderful and where it tasted horrible. And there's so many different kinds. Don't know where to start. But I truly appreciate the support. I feel terrible today (not as bad as I used to mind you), but still really yucky and tired. I'm going to head out to Wild Oats after work and see what I can find there.
