As far as I have been able to find out, the only SFS available in the UK (I live here too!) are those based on psyllium husk. I used to take plain psyllium husk mixed with water, but it is hard to swallow. Now I order Acacia from this website. Of course, the shipping costs bump up the price, but it is economical to use. I find it really helpful, so to me it's worth paying more for it. I really hope that Heather gets a European distributor soon. I would certainly recommend Acacia to my local independent HFS and Holland and Barrett. I am sure it would sell really well over here. I think awareness of IBS is growing, and with it, a demand for related products - for example, you can now get stick-on heat pads specifically for IBS. Acacia next??
