I often hardboil the eggs, like Abby does - I use the whites, my pet rat loves yolks, so nothing goes to waste. I also use the whites to make omelets. I just cook them up like I'd cook whole eggs, in a nonstick pan with some cooking spray, then fill with sauteed vegetables and a little salsa. Yum. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
