I take 450 mg of magnesium citrate in tablet form, as Natural Calm isn't available in the UK (wish it was!) I started last summer for C, on the advice of a nutritionist. On the tablet pot, it says that you should not exceed the daily dose, which is 450mg. The nutritionist said I could take more, as if you are deficient, the body uses it up quickly, but I have stuck to the recommended dose.
