My primary physician made the referral to change specialists and I got all new MRI's---so I think it was political. I have a daughter, and my edidural did not work for the labor part, and the pain about a week after the ESI was so bad I went to the ER and they looked for an infection at the injection site with CAT SCan, blood cultures etc...the morpnine did not work for 1½ hours.......I was potassium deficient I had lost so much fluid. Maybe labor was easier on me than you and the euphoria following labor made my memories go away fast.......and this pain in lasts longer than my 4-5 hours of labor did. Having shoulder surgeries were both worse than labor. Their pain lasted for 4-5 weeks, and after many months all the pain went away. MY back hurts every day sometimes for hours and hours. When the combo of 2 mucsle relaxers and 2 vicodin will not give relief it is horrible. But the IBS is managable compared to all last fall. I think the vicodin helps it. G
