does this diet cause gas?       05/14/07 03:14 PM Edit Reply Quote EmilyM Reged: 05/13/07 Posts: 53 Loc: Chicago, IL I thought that was one of the symptoms it was supposed to relieve! I have IBS-D but have never really had a problem with gas. But today, after having started the diet in the afternoon yesterday, I'm feelling really gross and bloated and am having gas issues. Is this common? Is there anything I can do? I feel bad b/c it makes me want to be in a completely different room from my husband, and I don't want to feel like I'm ignorning him.
