Look at the links on the right-hand side. The short answer is that since what hormonal BC gives you is just withdrawal bleeding from hormones and not a period, you can adjust when it happens. Of course, your body isn't guaranteed to like it, but it's not a bad thing to try. The only reason we have the 3 week on, 1 week off schedule is because the initial producers of the pill wanted it to appear more "natural"! I'm using NuvaRing continuously now and it works really well for me. Over one year, and no bleeding and no week of nausea and D every month. Whee! --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
