And yes, they are IF. I would definitely give them a try if you can handle cherry tomatoes - tomatoes are one of those things that a lot of IBS'ers complain about not being able to digest, so if you can handle them, that's pretty good!

Also, I don't know what greens are available to you in your area, but if you can eat spinach, you can also branch out and try other types of greens, for the sake of variety. Beet greens, collard greens, and kale are all popular here.
