I tried acacia (both lowering and upping my dosage) and it never helped me. I was incredibly gassy and my stool was so hard I almost retore my anus (GROSS). If you don't take a fiber supplement now, be careful with your dosage and don't be afraid to not take if if you're feeling worse. BUT - some people on this post swear by it and it has really helped them. It's another thing you'll have to make your own mind up about. Good luck! -------------------- IBS-D, Acid Reflux, ???
