Hello all, I am new to this site. I have found a lot of great info here so thanks to everyone already! I just started taking the acacia fiber 2 days ago and also just started following the diet at the same time. I am working up to go to Disney world in a month and am VERY SCARED!! I just got over a severe attack (for me) which lasted a week. I was IBS C but seem to be IBS alternating currently. I am taking Digestive Advantage IBS pills, the fiber and am also trying St. Joh's Wort to help with stress and mood issues. I think the diet seems straight forward enough, but am going to be freaking out without cheese. My goal right now is to be able to function on a daily basis at work without having to go home early or not go in at all due to the cramping, bloating and gas! Does anyone have any really great tips to help with the diet? Is chicken, turkey and seafood (crab, shrimp, and scallops) all okay? I'm trying to figure out what is helping and what is not but as you all know it is hard!!
