I need help please       05/09/07 04:46 AM Edit Reply Quote Bourget Reged: 07/16/03 Posts: 45 Loc: Ontario, Canada I have had so many problems since my csection that I just can't seem to budge. My reflux has been at an all time high, causing gastritis and ibs-c.....my stomach gets backed up and can't digest properly. I've been on several reflux meds that are only helping one problem. I recently started to look into natural medicines to help... I'm currently trying apple-cider vinegar and doubled up my fibre. Has anyone had these problems and have anyone taken natural supplement that help them. I read we can't take a colon cleanse because it can make it worse.....but what else can we do? I am going to try to see a naturopath, because these medications aren't good to be on all the time...kwim? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
