This is a permanent feature for me too. I wake up with a distended belly, and it only increases as the day goes on...no matter how severe the other symptoms, no matter if I have a BM or not, no matter if I take gas stop or a gas reliever or what I eat. I am thin and could be wearing really nice clothes...but instead, I hide in baggy jeans and tops 2 sizes too big.

If anyone has a solution, please post. Maybe I just don't have any ab muscles. My mom has a pooch belly too...but she had 5 babies!
