Found A Bakery Finally!!

Ever since I was diagnosed with IBS I have always tried to stick with it. Every time that someone would say find a local bakery and get those safe fresh breads, sweets etc... I beleive that I may have found one 20 mins. away from my home. I found these gingerbread men that look and smell delicious the ingredients is still a little perplexing though. Please read and let me know
flour(bleached flour,malted barley flour,reduced iron,thiamine,monotrate and riboflavin)sugar,brown sugar,margarine(partially hydrogenated soybean oil,water,palm oil,salt,mono,diglycerides colored with anatto/yarmeric,calcium disodium added as a perservative,artificial flavor)molasses salt,baking soda,cinnamon & ginger. ICING: sugar,egg whites,bakers syrup(corn syrup,water,fructose,natural and artificial flavorings) IT DOESNT MATTER IF THESE ARE SAFE OR NOT I FOUND SOME WONDERFUL FRESH BREADS THAT I WISH I HAD FOUND SOONER!!!!!!!!!!!
