Hi LittleFox, Sorry to hear how miserable the bloat and gas is making you, I can relate! Possibly it is the Soy products doing it to you, Soy can cause major gas for many of us, I'm one. Maybe you should include it more gradually, just very small portions and see what happens. The Acacia fiber gave me major bloat,gas and "C" I had to stop taking it,I was only up to 1 1/2 tsp twice a day, you are fortunate you can tolerate the amount you take OK. What kind of turkey did you use, if there are preservatives in it they can disagree with us IBS'ers? Feel better.
