Anyone else get triggered by napping?       05/01/07 11:26 PM Edit Reply Quote Tinkerbelle Reged: 04/17/05 Posts: 231 Loc: Los Angeles, CA I know i posted this here before... but sometimes I get bad cramping and gas from napping.... My theory is it's because I eat an hour or more earlier and my body is trying to digest and napping screws up the whole process.. but who knows? Does this happen to anyone? Any theories?
