Just wanted to mention that my husband picked up the generic brand of beano from Stop and Shop supermarket (in the states) and the caplets are not white and chalky. They are tiny orange gel caps by "Care One" which is the store's generic brand for medicines. I didn't do a comparison of mg of the enzymes but I can tell you that I would prefer to take 10 of these orange ones than 2 of the beano. (I hate pills ) Ironically, my GasStop came in (ordered off the internet) so now I will probably switch to those, but if you're near a Stop and Shop, you might want to try the Care One (easier to swallow and I'm sure probably cheaper).
