I've been trying smoothies for the nutrient value too. I've used rice dream with bananas and strawberries, and that seems fine. However, I tried using orange juice and had an attack that night. I'm not sure if it was the juice, I need to work up the courage to try again in a couple of weeks to see if it happens again.
