100 grams of avocado contains about 15 grams of fat of which about 12 grams is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated (good fat) and about 3 grams is saturated fats (bad fat). On the other hand 100 grams of coconut meat contains about 35 grams of fat of about 31 grams is saturated fat. See web page for more information.
