Anti-Inflammatory Diet - clear list of foods??

Hi guys,
Wow - it's been a while since I've been here!
I've continued my trek thru the medical system with this GI discomfort & aching/fatigue, and landed in a Naturopathic Doctor's office yesterday.
Among other things she told me to do ($$$$!!), she "prescribed" an anti-inflammatory diet for me. Gave me a printout which wasn't as clear as my Type-A/OCD/very visual self would have liked & I ended up wandering aimlessly among the aisles of Whole Foods last night!
Does anyone know of a place to find a VERY CLEAR list of the foods I CAN have on this diet?? Or just a nice, organized list of foods to take & also should avoid?
I've done a web search, but I'm picking up tons of books on the diet - not a lot of actual food lists.
