However, yes, left side pain and around the naval is very common for me and well, I don't know what to do about it, except just keep on doing what you can for all good overall health. Follow the diet and sleep well...laugh at people who make you mad and go on! It has helped me, Time Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
