I found Soy Dream Vanilla Classic to be the easiest to digest and the best tasting. I even drink the extra out of the bottom of the bowl because it tastes yummy! Vanilla rice dream is okay, too, but it's WAY sweeter than real milk. The vanilla Soy Dream doesn't have a strong vanilla flavor... sweetens it just enough to take away the soy flavor.
