I have to avoid ACIDIC foods like the PLAGUE!
Isn't SOURdough bread - very ACIDIC??? I have looked it up and it is med gi, due to the HIGH acidity yes? I don't want to give it up - ???
Also - apples, peeled are fine, but should I avoid granny green apples due to high acid levels?
One more thing - all this soluable fiber -GIVES ME GAS - and I started SLOW too...and although it does form a soluable GEL in there, it does not create (how shall I say)
"solid" results at ALL. Seem to need more ISF/but ISF is a trigger.
Please address all of my quandries - I'm new to all this.
