not eating at the night time causing morning probs??       04/16/07 01:16 AM Edit Reply Quote seggy Reged: 04/24/06 Posts: 255 Loc: North East of England, UK a strange thing happened this morning. I went to the toilet and had a watery poo sorry about the yukkyness but I don't think anyone here minds talking about poopie. I had some upper left sided discomfort before hand too. I'm wondering if it was because I didn't eat ANYTHING last night whereas I usually snack a good few times but I was out so didn't, also I didn't eat much dinner at about 4.15 pm. I had some crunchy nut cornflakes for brekkie which normally I'm ok with some acacia powder on but I think maybe without any 'bumper' kinda from the night before? just wondering out loud (so to speak) Anyone got any ideas? thanks Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
