I started slow, one per day, and over the course of 2 months eventually ended up taking 7 a day, always before meals. They worked fine for me but now that I tried the acacia I'm much better because one of my big problems was bloating and once i started on the acacia i no longer look like i'm 5 months pregnant. it's really helped my self esteem too so i highly recommend the acacia starting at low doses.
