Some people post that a certain supplement has really helped them...like a digestive enzyme or a probiotic or L glutamine, Gas Stop, beano, flax meal, omega oil capsules, magnesium, cacium, peppermint caps, gas-x, SFS,etc. It's only natural to want to try them when you are so desperate.
Well have you tried that you don't think helped? What is your current regime of supplements?
