I think I'll have to give that one a "that depends". Heather advises avoiding egg yolks, generally speaking, because of the comparatively high fat content. They're considered a trigger food, which means they should be avoided completely. If you're talking about a recipe that contains more than 1 egg, you'll want to substitute whites or Egg Beaters to make the fat level better for IBS. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
