Please Help       04/04/07 09:50 AM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA I am really questioning whether this diet actually works or just makes my life more restricted and does not really pay dividends. I have been following the diet for about two months now....I take benefiber three times a day (1 teaspoon) and I am still constipated. At times I question whether I should go off the diet and just live my life. If it doesn't work why go through all the trouble. Also I know this website is based on a business....does soluble fiber actually make C'ers go. It seems to bind me up. I would really appreciate any help you may have. Also, I am on peppermint, probiotics, digestive enzymes, natural calm, fennel and ginger. The only thing that seems to help is the natural calm. Please Help. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
