IBS D and pregnant       03/30/07 04:03 PM Edit Reply Quote catzlady4 Reged: 04/26/03 Posts: 128 Loc: LongI sland,NY I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I was on Paxil for my IBS D and it worked great for 3 yrs. no symptoms it was like a miracle! Now Im 9 wks pregnant and off Paxil and on Bentyl which doesnt do anything . My IBS is back with a vengeance. Is Imodium safe or any other anti diarrheal to take during the 1st trimester? Any advice anyone has for me would be greatly appreciated! This is HORRIBLE!!!
