Thank you Syl - I finally found unsalted unsweetned lowfat pretzels but they have sodium hydroxide as the last ingredient and I was not sure about it being safe? So it turns to salt and water in the stomach which in turns adds to the sodium level in your body? Does it take alot of stomach acid to do this? I am always concerned about any knew digestion process. Thank you - Debbie IBS_C
