It is Kellogg's All-Bran snack bites in Honey Oat and Strawberry. It has 5g fiber (doesn't say which), 5g fat and 110 cal. It has oat fiber, fruit bits, wheat fiber, petin, wheat bran, whole grain rolled oats, bran cereal (main ingredients). I usually eat one bag a day so with my acacia powder and this I get at least 17g fiber a day. It doesn't seem to bother me and it is VERY good.
