Well, I don't know much about TRYING to gain weight, but just eat more calorie-dense foods (NOT higher fat foods). I know it's difficult to get used to, but eating smaller meals more often will not only help regulate your digestive tract, but it will help regulate your metabolism so you aren't so tired. During the week when I'm at work, I feel like all I do is eat and make tea!
