Re: Peppermint capsules       03/20/07 05:54 AM Edit Reply Quote eisaachsen Reged: 03/20/07 Posts: 21 Loc: northern VA, USA I just started using the peppermint capsules and I'm sorry to say they give me pretty bad heartburn. Is it absolutely necessary to take them 1 hour before eating? Do they still give some benefit if you take them with food? I don't usually have any problems with heartburn (thank God for small miracles ;-).
